2. On-Device Disk Analysis (Zero Telemetry)

When MaXpert Cleaner scans your drive for junk, duplicate caches, application logs, or unused large files, all calculations are performed 100% on your local Mac processor.

• We do not upload file names, folder paths, or file contents to any server.
• We do not log user directory contents or system structures.
• We do not install background monitoring daemons that track everyday activity.

3. Information We Collect on This Website

When you interact with our official website, we collect only minimal information that you voluntarily submit:

• Early Access Waitlist: When you provide your email address to join the private beta waiting list, we use it solely to send notifications regarding product availability, beta invitations, and launch news.
• Contact Inquiries: When you send a message through our contact form, your name, email, and inquiry are used exclusively to provide direct customer support.

4. Third-Party Services & Payment Processors

When commercial sales launch, license transactions will be processed through established, certified merchant-of-record providers (such as Paddle or Stripe). Payment details (such as credit card numbers) are handled directly by the PCI-compliant payment provider and are never stored on MaXpert servers.
